- By February 15th:
Survey design + science goals for AGNs, galaxies and clusters separately
- Examine two extreme survey configurations:
- 50 deg2 with 40 ks exposures
- 200 deg2 with 10 ks exposures
- Critical underlying questions are:
- how to best use the LSS information ? Do we need one or two areas ?
- how to determine cluster masses to 10% accuracy? Down to which mass (stacking)?
- impact of selection effects in the cosmological modelling
=> define requirements for the associated S-Z and lensing surveys- how to best determine SEDs for galaxies and AGNs ?
=> define requirements for the associated optical and IR surveys- which specifications for a deep LSS follow-up spectroscopic survey?
- February 15th - March 15th:
- Merge the requirements
- Select sky areas
- Define future associated surveys, if necessary
