All Authors should submit the text of their contribution(s) for the proceedings before September 15, 1999 in camera ready form: maximum 15 pages for an introductory review and maximum 4 pages for poster and talk contribution.

   The figures should be pasted in place with great care, particularly concerning the alignment with the text.

   For the sake of homogeneity of the proceedings, the LOC asks the authors to use the LATEX facilities for the production of the different texts : a file readme.txt, and a specially designed template, liegecol.tex, are available by making an anonymous ftp on ftp.astro.ulg.ac.be (139.165.20.60).

The files readme.txt and liegecol.tex are in the subdirectory entitled coll99.

So type :

Name (...) : Password : ftp> ftp> ftp> ftp>
