Modeling of sedimentary processes:
The calcite transition zone

• Project presentation: outline of the scientific problem and instructions for carrying out the experiments
• Bash scripts to install the model (download the code and compile it):
  • standard version for use with gfortran (ready for use on a Debian system);
  • adaptation for use with ifort (installation dependent - please adapt).
  Please store either one in the root directory of the installation tree, adapt it if necessary and change its permissions to make it executable
• Python module (meduti) to rapidly produce profile and transect graphs: to save in a directory that is searched for by your Python
  
• Experimental Jupyter Notebook to easily explore the simulation results in the current directory in more detail (requires the meduti module above)
